All event pricing includes, a properly attired DJ/Emcee, sound system with wireless microphone, event lighting, and free unlimited consultations . We do not charge for setup or breakdown time and we only charge a fee for an event that requires an overnight stay (normally any event taking place where return trips may not be possible ie. events on one of the Islands or an event more than 60 miles from Newport). A non-refundable $ 200.00 deposit is required to hold any date, however this $200.00 is used for the first hour of your event. After the first hour there is a flat fee of $175.00 per hour for weddings or $100.00 per hour for other private events. Please note there is a minimum of three hours for any event.
EXAMPLE 1 A Wedding:
Deposit / 1st hour $ 200.00
$ 200.00 +Four more hours at $175.00 per hour $ 700.00
A five hour wedding = $ 900.00EXAMPLE 2 A Reunion:
Deposit / 1st hour $ 200.00
